Design Changes Made Easy

To have our plans modified to meet your specific needs, you must first request a Fee Quote as described below, followed by the purchase of your favorite plan or plans through our website or one of our plan selling partners on the internet.

Email us a list of the modifications you would like to make to your plan.  Be sure to include the plan number in your request.

We will evaluate how much work we will need to do to modify your selected plan, then email you with our fee and timetable for making the changes.

If you agree to our fee and timetable, reply that you agree.  If you have already purchased a house plan from USAHOMEPLANS.COM / .US, you will then continue on to Step 4-Payment (as noted below).  If you haven't purchased a plan, you must go to our webstore by clicking the SHOP NOW button and purchase the plan you want modified.  You will then move to Step 4-Payment (as noted below).

We will then add a payment link to our website for you to pay for the pending plan modifications.

Once payment has been received (usually instantly, but on occasion 24-48 hours), we will begin working on the plan changes.

Once the plan changes have been made, you may receive a sample plan to verify we have the changes correct, or on simple changes we usually complete the project and email you the modified plans.
